Requesting a Donation from Apple Annie’s Orchard
Apple Annie’s Orchard and the Apple Annie’s family are happy to consider all requests for donations to worthy causes. We make every attempt to fulfill as many donation requests as we can. If you would like to request a donation please complete the donation request form and submit it to Apple Annie’s Orchard for consideration. We do not notify you if your request is approved. If your request is approved you will be sent corn maze passes. We do not do monetary donations.
All donation requests must be accompanied by a donation request form in order to be considered. Donation request that are not submitted with the official form will not be considered.
